Production process flow

(1) Formula: Calculate the NPK ratio based on crop requirements.
(2) Crushing and mixing: Crush the raw materials; stir for 10-15 minutes.
(3) Granulation:
A. Wet method: Add a binder (such as water or starch) before disc granulation, and use a binder (such as lignin sulfonate) to improve the strength of the pellets. Then use Chengxiang Heavy Industry’s disc granulation production line for granulation.
B. Dry method: Granulate through Chengxiang Heavy Industry’s double-roll extruder production line.
(4) Drying: Reduce moisture to <5% at 80-120°C.
(5) Cooling: Ambient air cools the pellets to 30-40°C.
(6) Screening: Vibrating screen removes particles with too large a particle size to obtain particles with the diameter required by the customer, and the particles with too small a size are recycled into the mixer.
(7) Quality control: Test nutritional content (e.g., by spectrophotometry) and pellet hardness.
